Brockner Family

I finally got these all added from our trip to McCall. (thanks Rani!) We had so much fun! We arrived just as the parade was starting. It was snowing a lot, so we stayed in our hotel to watch. Luckily our window was facing the street! Beau has never really seen so much snow and the first thing he did when he got his snow clothes in was make a snow angel. The next thing he did was jump head first into a hige pile of snow! It was so funny. Tobe got his exercise by pulling the kids all over town in the sled. They thought that was so much fun. We had to tell them to quit eating all the dirty snow. Scarlett even ate it off of her boot! Gross. The kids had fun climbing up a small mound of snow and sliding down. Scarlett had to do whatever Beau did of course. She had a hard time walking and moving with her cast still on. We watched fireworks over the lake at night, then had a long night sharing two queen beds with the kids. Beau went swimming at the hotel pool the next morning, but poor Scarlett couldn't go (her cast on). We ate breakfast (chocolate chip pancakes for the kids) and headed home. It was a long trip back with bad roads and Scarlett crying a lot of the way. (tired) Now I know why we don't take road trips too often. Overall it was fun and Beau keeps asking when we can stay in a hotel again.
